We are currently looking to recruit a Social Media and Marketing Executive to the Cavago family !

The purpose of this role is to take ownership and lead on the Cavago UK social media accounts (with potential to work also with the Cavago Global accounts), including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Tik Tok. Candidates must be competent in creating new social content, including static posts and reels, post new activity, review performance and increase growth, traffic and engagement to the pages. In addition, this role includes the development of UK centric marketing strategies, through email marketing, assisting in the production of publications with an external PR company and assistance in sponsorship marketing.

This individual will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams, including the global marketing team, sales team, and host engagement team, to ensure that all campaigns align with the overall brand strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate should be a passionate equestrian and have excellent writing and communication skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for social media content planning, creation, delivery and growth across the Cavago UK social media accounts
  • Increasing Brand Awareness:
  • Campaigns & Competitions:
  • Identify potential collaborations and partnerships which may be beneficial to the organisation growth within the UK.
  • Interact and communicate with potential and existing hosts and customers
  • Work with the host engagement team to compile marketing databases of groups, organisations or other companies
  • Working with external organisations on press releases, sponsorship marketing and the potential to develop a new travel style blog.

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Passionate about equestrianism and knowledgeable about the industry within the UK
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of past campaigns and successes, ideally in both organic and paid growth.
  • Content creation: You should be able to create engaging and visually appealing content, such as graphics, videos, and reels.
  • Analytics: You should be able to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns and track key metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Communication: You should have excellent communication skills to collaborate with other members of your team, as well as to interact with hosts and clients.
  • Creativity: You should be able to think outside the box and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
  • Organisation: You should be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Time management: You should be able to meet deadlines and manage your time efficiently to ensure that all campaigns and projects are completed on time.
  • Full driving license (some travel to sponsored shows or events)
