We’re looking for a Social Media & E-commerce Marketing Executive to assist in driving our online presence and performance to the next level. This exciting role is perfect for an experienced and strategic marketer with a proven track record in e-commerce, digital campaigns and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Assist in the development of comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies across multiple brands and digital channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO)
Drive innovative campaigns that align with business goals and deliver measurable results
Oversee and manage budgets for e-commerce marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI
Content & Brand Management
Supervise the creation, curation, and optimisation of content for product listings, blogs, email newsletters, and social media
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, delivering a cohesive and engaging customer experience
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing materials
Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organisational priorities
Maintain and organise marketing assets, streamlining access for team members and stakeholders
Lead the optimisation of product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and imagery to maximise conversions across all online platforms and marketplaces
Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying actionable insights to refine strategies
Monitor and improve key e-commerce metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and website traffic
Customer Engagement & Retention
Assist in the execution of customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, targeted promotions, and personalised experiences
Oversee customer interactions across social media and email channels, ensuring exceptional service and effective resolution of inquiries
Market Research & Innovation
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the e-commerce space
Develop forward-thinking strategies that leverage emerging technologies and industry shifts
Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organisational priorities
Maintain and organise marketing assets, streamlining access for team members and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on driving online sales and customer engagement
Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, PPC)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with experience working across several brands
A proactive and innovative mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve and grow
This is an office based post, candidates must reside within an hour of our Head Office in Brentwood - (hybrid working maybe considered after a successful probationary period)
Candidates must be familiar with the Equine/Pet industry
Candidates must be competent using various packages including Canva, Adobe, Mailjet, META as a minimum
