We’re looking for a Social Media & E-commerce Marketing Executive to assist in driving our online presence and performance to the next level. This exciting role is perfect for an experienced and strategic marketer with a proven track record in e-commerce, digital campaigns and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Assist in the development of comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies across multiple brands and digital channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO)

  • Drive innovative campaigns that align with business goals and deliver measurable results

  • Oversee and manage budgets for e-commerce marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI

Content & Brand Management

  • Supervise the creation, curation, and optimisation of content for product listings, blogs, email newsletters, and social media

  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, delivering a cohesive and engaging customer experience

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing materials

  • Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organisational priorities

  • Maintain and organise marketing assets, streamlining access for team members and stakeholders

  • E-commerce Operations & Performance Analysis

  • Lead the optimisation of product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and imagery to maximise conversions across all online platforms and marketplaces

  • Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying actionable insights to refine strategies

  • Monitor and improve key e-commerce metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and website traffic

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Assist in the execution of customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, targeted promotions, and personalised experiences

  • Oversee customer interactions across social media and email channels, ensuring exceptional service and effective resolution of inquiries  

Market Research & Innovation

  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the e-commerce space

  • Develop forward-thinking strategies that leverage emerging technologies and industry shifts

  • Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organisational priorities

  • Maintain and organise marketing assets, streamlining access for team members and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on driving online sales and customer engagement

  • Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, PPC)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with experience working across several brands

  • A proactive and innovative mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve and grow

This is an office based post, candidates must reside within an hour of our Head Office in Brentwood - (hybrid working maybe considered after a successful probationary period)

Candidates must be familiar with the Equine/Pet industry
Candidates must be competent using various packages including Canva, Adobe, Mailjet, META as a minimum
