We are looking for new member to join our small, friendly team in the role of Social Media Manager. The role is office based but working from home until guidelines change.
Our marketing department is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is mad about animals and passionate about everything equine. You will work with various company departments to promote the company and work to enhance the brand image by posting quality engaging content, on a frequent basis.
As a social media manager, you will be responsible for managing all of our social media channels, with the aim of creating captivating campaigns and engaging with our audience. In order to do this, you will have excellent copy writing skills and be able to track trends and monitor performance on each of these channels. Using this information, you will be able create recommendations for the growth of each channel and offer up a successful way of implementing this strategically.
The ideal candidate should have an analytical mindset with the ability to create customer profiles, in order to clearly identify the target market. In addition to this, you should be able to create relevant content that conveys the brand effectively.
You should be highly organised with a strong work ethic and have the ability to meet deadlines. The right person will have a proactive mindset and the ability to forward think in creating a social media content plan. Thinking outside the box in a creative way is a must, in order to get the message across to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to pay close attention to details. With an understanding of how social media fits into the rest of the digital landscape.
