Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
Boost store sales, profitability, and footfall.
Deliver a first-class customer experience.
Lead your team – from recruitment and training to setting objectives and sashing goals.
Handle all store admin, stock control, and ordering with flair.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance across the board.
Keep the store running smoothly with creative rota management.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Retail management or supervisory experience, ideally in pet, equine, or outdoor/leisure sectors.
A proven track record of managing teams of up to 10 and leading by example.
A talent for driving sales and profitability while keeping customer service at the forefront.
Flexibility to roll up your sleeves on weekends or tackle longer shifts when the business needs you.
Comfortable with some manual handling (up to 25kg).
