Situated two miles from the village of Cobham in Surrey, Chasemore Farm comprises 340 acres of rolling grassland. The well-drained undulating hills provide the perfect environment for raising Thoroughbreds to achieve their maximum potential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Chasemore Farm for a motivated, experienced person to join the team as a full time Stud Office Manager to be based in the Stud Office near Cobham, Surrey.

The role is responsible for all administration relating to the day to day running of the thoroughbred stud operation at Chasemore Farm, including but not limited to:

  • Implementing and maintaining office procedures and administrative systems
  • Maintaining stud and veterinary records
  • Arranging horse travel, registration, sales entries, and compilation of reports
  • Monitoring and ordering farm and office supplies
  • Processing monthly payroll and maintaining supplier invoices
  • Upkeep of the marketing function to include website maintenance and social media
  • Liaising with stud staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Assisting with company HR/Health & Safety requirements
  • Organising company events and racecourse hospitality
  • Other general secretarial duties to support the management team

Reporting to the Stud Directors and working within a small management team, the successful applicant will be highly motivated, conscientious with good communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience with a proven track record in managing a multifunctional role.
