Supplement Solutions is a multi award winning online retailer of leading brand supplements and care products for horses and other animals.  We require enthusiastic and happy individuals to join our small team and embrace our high standard of customer service. Equine knowledge is essential with interest in nutrition and/or small animals a bonus.

This diverse role primarily involves the hands on everyday tasks of a busy e-commerce retail company including:

• Order management (picking stock, packing orders and dispatch)
• Customer Service (answering enquiries, helping and advising customers)
• Stock Control (negotiating with suppliers and ordering products, receiving deliveries, warehouse rotation)
• Product development (Pricing, new products, website work)

Full training will be given so no experience in this industry is necessary.

The role is ideal for a recent graduate (Equine, Business, English or other relevant), HND graduate, Veterinary nurse, or a school leaver seeking an apprenticeship.... however, a can do, enthusiastic attitude is as equally as important as qualifications, so all applicants will be considered.

• Core competency required:
• Equine knowledge and interest.
• Computer literate (competent in word, excel, social media, and an ability to learn new computer programs easily).
• Able to lift and carry.

The successful candidate will have a friendly disposition, be self-motivated & organised, with excellent communication and computer skills. Attention to detail and pride in achieving high standards is a highly sought trait.
