Salary: £17,391 to £19,808 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are looking for a Technical Instructor to join our equine team at the Royal Borough of Greenwich Equestrian Centre.
As part of this role, you are required to be included on the rota for overnight cover. Accommodation is provided for this purpose and payment for overnight stays is made at £40 per night. On average there will be 8 overnights per month, this may change in line with the needs of the department.
The ideal candidate will have a level 3 or above equine vocational qualification. A teaching qualification, BHS stage 2 teaching or equivalent (or willingness to obtain) and level 2, or equivalent in maths and English are essential. The ability to communicate effectively is essential for this role along with at least one year’s relevant practical experience within the Equine industry.
In return, you will receive 30 days’ annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays (pro rata) and access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme. You will also benefit from free parking and have access to a range of onsite facilities including a restaurant, shop, garden centre and a free gym.
