The Role

Keyflow is a growing company that requires a bright and personable individual to join our team as a sales, marketing and technical assistant. This is a well remunerated career position which would suit someone who is looking for an entry into an equine role that can evolve along with your interests and talents. As you excel you will be supported into sales and/or marketing management, field sales or towards technical management - working up research and development projects and managing diet analysis and recommendations. 

The successful, degree qualified candidate will show grit, be loyal, hardworking and determined to fulfil the responsibilities of this sometimes demanding but always rewarding role.

Core Responsibilities

Sales

• Receiving orders from trade and consumer customers via phone, email and internet
• Use of cloud software to process sales orders and manage the order fulfilment process
• Payment processing via credit card phone payments
• Liaising with the logistics and warehouse teams for order dispatch and delivery
• Use of a cloud CRM system to manage and convert contacts
• Responding to or referring enquiries as required
• Supporting the Sales Managers with yard visit bookings and lead management
• Work on trade stands and at exhibitions.

Marketing

• Managing social media and website content
• Trade event planning and co-ordination
• helping to plan and implement offline and online marketing campaigns

Technical

• Supporting tech staff with nutritional advice enquiries
• Managing and creating technical content - with support from tech staff

Core Competencies

• Highly organised with a meticulous approach to administration and tidiness
• A very high standard of computer literacy both in cloud and locally hosted environments. 
• Ability to use a range of office software, including, CRM, spreadsheets and online documents
• Working to a well organised and prioritised to do list
• Self-motivated self-starter, professional and focused on all aspects of work
• Comfortable and proficient working both on your own and within a team environment
• Seamless communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexible and adaptable to a constantly changing working environment
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to juggle various priorities
• A background and passion for horses is a distinct advantage.
• A great sense of humour a pre-requisite!

Everyone at Keyflow needs to have a versatile approach to their work and be able to step in to cover work for their colleagues if needed.

Applications close on the 18th of June, 2017. The position is full time 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. Occasional weekend work is required for events but days in lieu will be given.

We offer flexitime between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Minimum salary £20k p/a
