We are currently looking for a Telesales and Customer Service Executive to join our existing Customer Service Team based in our offices on the Banbury Business Park. This role would suit individuals looking to kickstart their career as part of a company that encourages personal growth and development opportunities.

Position Summary: The Telesales and Customer Service Executive will fulfil all customer service duties to enable us to become the best supplier to deal with within the industry whilst managing a portfolio of Telesales accounts.  

Responsibilities will include:

  • Exceeding the budgets set for the Telesales Accounts by proactively selling to them over the phone.
  • Managing the sales sample process ensuring Account Managers have the necessary samples at the right time
  • Ensuring all customer correspondence and orders are processed within agreed targets, so that our customers find us the most efficient to deal with in the industry
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, always going the extra mile for the customer.
  • Ensuring company database is updated and excellent communication maintained with the Sales and Warehouse teams
  • Assist the sales team in offering the best support to our retailers by being available to support on Open Days and provide training and merchandising support during key seasonal activity 

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this exciting role you will have an aptitude for sales and selling of products and services as well as:

  • Proven Customer Service Skills
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise competing tasks             
  • Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (e.g. Navision or similar ERP system, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Equine knowledge preferred
