Protexin Equine Premium

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an additional Territory Manager to cover the southern part of the South East territory, namely Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work within the Protexin Equine Premium Division in this fast growing, dynamic and award winning organisation.

Amongst other responsibilities the successful candidate will be involved in:

• Developing and delivering strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed personal and area targets.
• Increase the depth and breadth of Protexin Equine Premium product distribution in your territory area.
• Maximising the presence and positioning of Protexin Equine Premium products through all distribution channels.
• Establishing strong relationships with all decision makers within the distribution channels.
• Delivering Protexin Equine Premium product training and repeat sales initiatives.
• Planning and developing effective call cycles to ensure efficient delivery of objectives.
• Developing and managing a contact database for territory area.
• Providing competitor and market information and analysis.

Our ideal candidate must be prepared to attend open days and shows to promote the Protexin Equine Premium Brand. Some evenings and weekend working will be required as will the necessity to spend some nights away from home.

You will ideally be educated to degree level in subjects such as Equine Studies, Equine Science or Veterinary Science, but this is not essential. A commercial sales background is desirable but not essential. What is more desirable is a strong background in equestrianism, a passion for horses and a genuine desire for a vocational career.

Based from home, ideally in the Surrey / Sussex area, you will need to be organised and able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills and have the self motivation to develop the Protexin Equine Premium brand.
