The Role

You will be fully responsible for managing and supporting our teams across the North Europe region, delivering growth and improving service levels to our customer. You will have outstanding skills in the managing of sales teams and a proven track record of success in delivery strategy.

Our Nordic accounts are managed from the UK office but there will be a need for market visits within the territory.

Outline of Responsibilities

  • Prepare and own with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing the Strategic plan for the territory.
  • Being at the heart of the business to connect with all departments, this will involve frequent time at the EMEA Head office (Oxfordshire).
  • Set sales forecasts for the fiscal year/monthly with the VP of Sales & Marketing at Territory, Area & Product group level.
  • Manage and mentor our sales teams to achieve the short and long term business KPI's
  • Execute a structured selling process with responsibility for specific Key accounts and ensure field accounts are covered in an efficient and successful manner.

Your Profile

  • You will have proven talent in successfully executing sales and team management in your current position for an Equestrian, Sports, Outdoor or Country brand and you are looking for a new career opportunity with a strong brand within a dynamic growing segment.
  • You will have a strong passion for delivering strategic goals and an understanding of operating in a premium environment.
  • Passion for product is a must along with great communication skills and a customer first attitude.
