LOCATION: Corby, Northamptonshire

SALARY: £21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Racesafe is a British brand, supplying equestrians worldwide with market-leading body protection and apparel. With exciting plans for the future, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised, professional individual to join our team.

THE ROLE

• Build and manage relationships with our existing private, trade and wholesale customers
• Sales order processing – phone, web, email, & trade
• Dealing with ongoing enquiries from all customers, throughout the world by telephone and email
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the UK and overseas
• Support administrative team with general admin, back order allocation, trade database etc
• Close liaison with sales reps, administrative team, warehouse/despatch team, product development and marketing
• Representing the company at events and trade shows
• Assisting company directors in various areas of the business

THE CANDIDATE

• Prior sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Equestrian experience and knowledge is a distinct advantage
• IT and numeracy proficient. You will need to adapt to and utilise in-house ERP/stock/accounts systems.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to adapt
• Ability to organise and manage their time effectively

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous digital & marketing experience required
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
• Experience in or knowledge of paid digital advertising would be advantageous
• Knowledge of influencer marketing
• Experience using adobe creative cloud software would be helpful

Working as a key part of a small team, your responsibilities will be varied and offer scope for development. The position is full-time with a competitive salary, which will be based on experience. The role is office-based so applicants must be within reasonable daily commute to our HQ in Corby, Northamptonshire.
