Training Manager - £43,185.00
(41-hours per week)
The National Horseracing College seeks to employ a Training Manager to join its enthusiastic, vibrant and hardworking team. As one of only two specialist horse racing colleges in the UK, this third sector provider delivers training for people in both racing and other equine industries. Located in the scenic grounds of a private estate near Doncaster, it achieved Ofsted Grade 2 in 2016.

You should be highly motivated, an excellent communicator, with strong leadership skills, and be able to work as part of a team. An assessing or internal quality assurance qualification would also be desirable.
Hours of work: 41 per week, this could include some evening and weekend working.
The salary is £43,185.00 per annum with a contributory pension scheme, an initial holiday entitlement of 25 days, plus Bank Holidays, and membership of our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
