A fantastic opportunity for a commercial and brand centric Visual Merchandiser to take responsibility for the physical representation of the LeMieux brand in partner retail stores and at marketing events. Our head office is based near Southampton in Hampshire, although this role will involve national and international travel.

The brand is globally recognised for producing products with quality, durability, sustainability, technical performance, and design in mind. You'll have a natural passion for branded retail, with a creative mind and can-do approach to enhancing our retail execution and visual merchandising. Building strong relationships with our retail partners and internal teams will be key to success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and execute overall business visual merchandising guidelines
  • Design appealing and consistent merchandise displays, to be utilised within partner retail environments and at marketing events
  • Develop relationships with key suppliers for the provision of display stands and points of sale
  • Deliver powerful branded signage to highlight a premium product proposition
  • Implement VM guidelines with key partners throughout the UK
  • Test different visuals and compare results
  • Identify and track key KPIs, including reporting on impact of VM

The candidate:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a visual merchandiser or similar role
  • Proof of a strong visual portfolio
  • Experience in creating window displays, signs and interior displays
  • Confidence visual software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of innovative visual merchandising trends and best practices
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
  • Good time-management skills 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
