Cavaletti Collection provides affordable saddles on a business to business basis to saddle fitters all over the world. Cavaletti is the sister company to Bliss of London saddles where both companies work from the same factory.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse/Customer Service Assistant to join our team based in Aldridge, West Midlands. This persons role overseas and takes responsibility for shipping of orders alongside a customer service role, where the highest level of service is expected.
What you will be doing:
Preparing and completing orders for delivery (pick and pack, label & ship).
Receiving and processing warehouse stock products (unload, label & store).
Dealing with picking/packing/despatch issues internally and set counter measures to avoid reoccurrence.
Ensure accuracy of stock levels and perform inventory controls.
Being responsible to ensure that deliveries are picked and packed correctly.
Make sure all stock is labelled and stored correctly.
Booking on shipping through courier portals
General office duties using word, excel
Answering the phone for customer enquiries and trial follow-ups
Potential posting and creating of social media content
Occasional weekend help at on stands at consumer shows, time in lieu given.
Keep the workplace tidy and safe.
Ensuring Health & Safety is always at the forefront.

Essential skills & qualifications
Knowledge of equestrianism.
English and Mathematical skills, both written and verbal, to be able to execute day-to-day duties without assistance.
Good communication skills.
Physically fit - able to lift
Efficient time management
Must be a team player and able to use a computer.
Pay and conditions
Competitive salary dependent on experience
5 days a week Monday - Friday
37.5 hours per week including paid breaks
2 x paid mini breaks, one in the morning & one in the afternoon - unpaid
30 minute lunch break - unpaid
Occasional weekend work
20 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays.
