Supplement Solutions is an award-winning online retailer of leading brand supplements, wormers and health care products for horses, and pets. The company was established 15 years ago and has grown into a well known, respected brand within the equestrian industry, with both consumers and trade. The business is primarily online, however regards excellent customer service and brand relationships as the key to success.
We are now looking to strengthen our team and recruit new members, ideally full time, but part time may be considered. We are looking for people who really want to help make a difference. Applicants must have the required skills, along with a positive attitude, a passion for the equine industry, attention to detail, and a desire to do well.
The Role
As on online retailer our website is a fundamental part of our business. We are looking for a person to look after our website, marketing and branding. We require a motivated, self-starter, ideally with commercial awareness and equine knowledge to take over the management of our ecommerce website. Working closely with our website design company you will project manage the build and development of our new website. As well as managing our ecommerce website, the candidate will be required to develop and deliver a 12 month marketing plan, liaising with partners and suppliers to produce an effective programme. The candidate will be creative and able to support the marketing by designing banners, leaflets, merchandise and other marketing material, in line with our brand.

From time to time the candidate may be required to help with the everyday hands on tasks associated with running a busy e-commerce business.
What would I receive?
A fair salary based on experience based on 40 hours week
28 days paid annual holiday
Preferential rates on Supplements and equestrian items.
A uniform
Working hours 8 hours per day, alternating shifts, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends may be required).
The Person
Suitable for recent graduates/ HND, or someone with a web/digital/design marketing background or other relevant qualification.
