We are one of the largest retailers in the South West of England operated by a keen riding family. Situated in the heart of The Cotswolds, we supply saddles, equestrian products and a complete saddle fitting service for all levels of rider.

We are a busy and thriving business looking for a full time member of staff to join our friendly team on a 1 year maternity contract. There will be a potential opportunity to become a permanent member of staff at the end of the years contract.

Hours- Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm

This vacancy requires the candidate to-

  • Take a lead role in maintaining and developing the company website
  • Plan and develop site content, style and appearance
  • Keep the website updated with new products
  • Analyse website usage statistics and optimise web presence
  • Manage website orders
  • Manage company social media
  • Design marketing campaigns for sales or product promotions 
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Respond to emails
  • Answer phones
  • Assist with general office admin duties

The successful candidate will require the following skills

  • Administrative experience 
  • Computer literate within Microsoft Office
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Experience with website maintenance and managment
  • Well organised with a high attention to detail, efficient and quick thinking with good common sence
  • Excellent communicator (face to face and over the phone), must have a natural ability to communicate with all customers and staff
  • Be self motivated with the ability to work within a team
  • 100% reliable and trustworthy
  • Hardworking and conscientious
