Maternity Cover Contract (January – October 2023)

The UKs leading equine classified website ‘HorseQuest’ are looking for a new member to join their small, friendly team.

The primary purpose of the role will be to support the HorseQuest customer facing team over the weekend (Saturday / Sunday) with the management of new advertising, support and queries.

This is a temporary role working from home (with training days in the HorseQuest office OX7). 10 months initial contract, with possibility to extend.

Hours: Saturday & Sunday (with the possibility of 2 flexible days Monday – Friday)

Key responsibilities to include:

• Advert processing / management
• Support new / potential and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service to via email / WhatsApp, ensuring customers are provided with efficient, friendly responses to enquiries.
• Administrative tasks – Upgrading / updating listings
• Liaising / supporting with the main HorseQuest team
• Option to also join our small and fun team at Badminton Horse Trials May 2022

The successful candidate will have: -

• Customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail, and a thorough and methodical approach to tasks
• Commitment to delivering a high-quality service
• Positive, can-do attitude with aptitude and desire to learn and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to prioritise and complete tasks during high-volume periods
• Excellent IT skills
• Equine knowledge essential
• A positive friendly approach to problem solving and helping others
