The British Horse Society is the nations leading equine charity with a passion for horses that is backed by knowledge and expertise. The BHS represents and provides a range of services for horse riders, horse owners, enthusiasts and professionals.
Due to increased demand and associated expansion of our Welfare Team, we are recruiting for a further Welfare Helpline Coordinator.
The Welfare Helpline Coordinator is required to contribute to the success of the Welfare Department in its aim to prevent breaches of equine welfare by providing education and advice to horse owners and members of the public. You will be the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries. You will receive welfare concerns from members of the public and ensure that these are allocated to Welfare Officers.
